A senior executive coach for veterinary, dental, and medical practices, National Director of Veterinary, a partner on the Board of Directors for Fortune Management, Laura entered business coaching in 1996, following a very successful career in the dental field for 14 years working both the clinical and the administrative side of the business. Among the skills she mastered are leadership, accountability, structure, enhancing communication, and creating the spirit of hospitality that will create raving fans to help grow your office.

Self-described as a lifelong learner, Laura continues to grow her expertise through ongoing education and training. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Master's Degree in Business Leadership. Her continued education curriculum consists of Heroic Public Speaking A Listers, AsOne Coaching Certification, Tony Robbins Courses, Podcasts with GrowingVet.com, Train the Trainer courses, Landmark Education Entire Series, Dale Carnegie, Memberships with Alliance Partner Networking Group, Vet Partners, SCVMA, CVMA, and CCVMA. Laura is published in dental and veterinary journals and has lectured nationally at Dental and Veterinary Conferences, Study Club Meetings, and has facilitated Doctor Mastermind Meetings locally and nationally.

In her spare time, she enjoys wine tasting, bike-riding, walks, tennis, and reading. She is very close to her family. Her son is active in the Army National Guard, married, with a very active four-year-old, Audrey! Laura has a famous Great Dane named Dany who was on Mythbusters Jr. last year, and her trusted cat Tazz.
