Dr. Paul Bass is a Co-Founder and Director of Fortune Management, America’s largest and most comprehensive practice management organization. He received his degree from the University of Tennessee in 1972 and practiced for twenty-one years.  

For the past thirty-seven years, Dr. Bass has been a perpetual student of personal growth and development, with a specific focus on team building and motivation. Paul has personally created numerous practice management distinctions which are now considered “mainstream” in healthcare throughout North America.

Dr. Bass has presented well over 4,000 seminars, workshops, and training programs spanning four decades, and positively impacting tens of thousands of people with his work.
